3626251 - Report for last login does not provide accurate data

• When creating a report to check last login date for each user, it returns a different number than the amount of active users.
• Report shows empty on last login date information for some active users.

SAP CPQ

1. Create a report to retrieve data from user table, this report needs to show lastlogintime.
2. Download report and verify the total count of rows.
3. It differs from amount of active users.
4. Some of the rows contains empty information on lastlogintime.

When not showing all users, you will need to recreate report and allow to contain empty values for lastlogintime column.

Empty values in lastlogintime means the user never logged in the environment. Information on this column is also held when user lands from SSO from any integration.
