3626268 - Invoices are missing when using email bot

Symptom

We're using email bot RPA 6JX, however some invoices are not showing up in SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management (CIM) even though the email is read and is sent to the success folder. This happens to emails with a single invoice or multiple invoices. And when it's an email with multiple invoices, it can impact all or part of them. And the bot logs don't show any errors.
