Symptom

  • Lite Account updates from Emarsys to CDC are not reflected after opt-in status changes.
  • Updates from Emarsys to CDP work correctly, but updates from CDP to CDC fail with an activation error.
  • The issue occurs only for Lite Accounts; Full Account data updates function correctly without errors.

Error details:

Error Code: 403005

Error Message: "Unauthorized user"
