How to unlink a Service Agent from a Contact after they have been linked using the "Use" option.

Once a Service Agent is linked to a Contact using the “Use” option, it cannot be unlinked because SAP keeps them connected to ensure data accuracy.
Both share the same Business Partner ID, so changes to one affect the other. There is no standard way in SAP to separate or remove this link.

You can block or mark the linked Business Partner as obsolete and create new, separate Business Partners by choosing “Ignore and Save” when duplicates appear to avoid linking.
