3626373 - EC-to-ECP: Error Code: PSS-PROV01 - Error Message: The Provisioning switch required to access Pay Statement Service is not enabled.

While Opening Direct Pay Statement from Employee's Profile in Employee Central, you are facing the following Disable Provisioning Switch error:

Error Code: PSS-PROV01
Error Message: The user does not have sufficient permission to use the Pay Statement Service.
Root Cause: The user does not have Payroll Administration permission.

NOTE: this may also happen in the Payroll System Information screen.
