In Display Line Items in General Ledger, there are duplicate displays for one custom field.

In Custom fields app, same medium label is set for the field and the description field.

If the requirement is that there should be no duplicate displays, changing the medium label could be considered, such as adding “(Desc.)” to the second medium label.
