3626393 - EC-to-ECP: Error Code: PSS-PERM** - Insufficient Permission Errors

Symptom

While Opening Direct Pay Statement from Employee's Profile in Employee Central, you are facing the following Disable Provisioning Switch error:

Error Code: PSS-PERM01 to PSS-PERM09
Error Message: The user does not have sufficient permission to use the Pay Statement Service OR An error has occurred while checking for permission.

NOTE: this may also happen in the Payroll System Information screen.
