3626420 - MRP cannot plan MRP area separately if plant is set MRP type ND.

Symptom

When change MRP type to ND at plant level, the flag 'No MRP (PPH_DBVM-NODISP)' is automatically set for all MRP areas.
As a result, MRP run cannot plan MRP areas individually in case MRP type is set ND at plant level.
