3626437 - Workflow for temporary time information is not appearing in My Workflow Request.

Symptom

A workflow is triggered for Temporary Time Information. Approver is able to view the workflow in home page. However it is not appearing in My Workflow requests. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to View My Calendar.
  2. Create a temporary work schedule request.
  3. A workflow is triggered.
  4. Login as approver. 
  5. Notice that this workflow request is not available in To Do/ My Workflow Requests. 

Cause

Known issue. 

Resolution

  • The solution to this issue is currently under investigation. Please follow this KBA for updates.
  • As a workaround, approver can approve the workflow from Home Page/ Manage workflow requests.
