3626456 - The Date of Birth field not mapping to form I-9 when manually entered in incorrect format - Onboarding

The Date of Birth in the Biographical Information section during the "Provide Personal Data" step of onboarding does not map to the I-9 form if the Calendar selector is not used to populate the Date of Birth in the correct format.

1. Login as candidate, navigate to the "Provide Personal Data" section.
2. Manually enter the Date of Birth in an incorrect format (e.g., "4/21/2000") instead of using the Calendar selector.
3. Observe that the field is marked in red but allows the candidate to submit Personal Data Collection step.
4. Proceed to the I-9 Section 1 task and observe that the Date of Birth field is blank.

• The system does not have hard-coded validation logic for manually entered Date of Birth values.
• The field is designed for users to select a date from the Calendar selector, and manual entry is not validated for format compliance.

Select the Date of Birth from the Calendar selector.
