• The Joule analytics capability was updated to require additional configuration on June 26, 2025

• The updated Joule SAP Analytics Cloud capability requires the SAP Analytics Cloud permissions model to be replicated into SAP Build Work Zone so Joule can check if the end user can trigger the analytics capability.
• The required steps are:
  1. Replicate the SAP Analytics Cloud security model to SAP Build Work Zone
  2. Sync users from SAP Analytics Cloud to SAP Build Work Zone using Identity Provisioning Service
  3. Configure Joule to talk with SAP Build Work Zone
