3626510 - How can I access SF Time Statement Templates?

The requirement is to download Time Statement Templates:
SFCC_TIME_STMT_DUR, SFCC_TIME_STMT_CLK, or SFCC_TIME_STMT_FLEX

SF Time Tracking licence is required for using Time Statement feature.

Please follow the steps mentioned in Step 3: Customize Time Statement Templates:

1) Go to Document Generation - Manage Document Template
2) Click on Create New
3) Choose Document Generation Template
4) Design the template based on the customer's requirement with different Tokens
5) Ensure you choose Category as Time Statement.

OR

Sample templates are included in "SAP Best Practices Time Statements Setup" and it is needed to install this best practice to get the sample time statement templates. 

1) Please go to Upgrade Center

2) Search for "SAP Best Practices Time Statements Setup"

3) Upgrade Now


With this upgrade, you would get predeliverd time statement templates for both duration based and clock time set ups.

Please note that the Best Practices Upgrades will be displayed in the Upgrade Center only if the switch "Enable SAP Best Practices in Upgrade Center" in Provisioning is ON. 

Provisioning access is required to enable this feature!
