3626521 - Error to integrate pay component value from Recruiting to Employee Central when using Automatic Hire

Symptom

When using automatic hire, the value for the pay component is not respecting the one in recruiting. 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  • Perform an automatic hire. 
  • Value of pay component is coming incorrect with decimal, with the value passed from Recruiting.

Cause

This issue occurs when you're signed in using a locale with a number format that differs from English (U.S.), and you use Automatic Hire to process applicants from Onboarding/Recruiting. Fields intended for double values are incorrectly multiplied by 10.

Resolution

  1. The engineering team has confirmed the fix on 2505p13 (15-Jul-25 Preview) in PTCH-47334.
