3626531 - Time Statement: For the selected Time Period, no approved time sheet records are available

Symptom

"For the selected Time Period, no approved time sheet records are available" message displayed when user trying to generate Time Statement Form.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

Reproducing the Issue

Step 1) Click on Generate Time Forms
Step 2) Select category Time Statement
Step 3) Select for time period
Step 4) Click on Preview
Step 5) Error: "For the selected Time Period, no approved time sheet records are available" displayed.

Cause

There is no approved time sheet for the user in the specified period.

Resolution

You can generate a Time Statement only for approved time sheet records, so ensure your time entries have been approved before generating a statement.
