3626536 - Business roles/business users/import collections limitations after the upgrade - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2602

The SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system has been upgraded to 2602.

• Not possible to import transport requests containing IAM Objects.
• Business Roles are locked.
• No Business User attributes can be changed.

Due to high amount and a complex Business Role design (Authorization Concept) on your system, the background post processing can run for a longer time after the upgrade.

How to identify in case I am affected:

• In the Maintain Business Roles Fiori Application, the Business Roles which are still in post processing will be marked as Locked.

Appropriate mitigation measures are already being applied or will be applied before the 2602 upgrade. SAP is monitoring the most critical systems and will inform the affected customers, before, during and after the postprocessing was finalized.

In case your company was not contacted, then your system may not be affected.

If you experience any of the above limitations after the official upgrade is completed, and SAP did not contact you, please open a case under application component BC-SRV-APS-IAM.
