3626702 - Unexpected scroll bar present in dropdown menu/module picker in SuccessFactors

• When navigating to different pages of SuccessFactors, some users are noticing a scroll bar present in the drop down menu/module picker in SuccessFactors. 
• This is occurring in different areas of SuccessFactors and is not consistent.

1. Log in to the impacted system with provided access.
2. Open the Home drop-down menu.
3. Click on any module page. 
4. Open the drop-down menu again.
5. Observe that a scroll bar is present in the module picker.

The scroll bar appears due to the system design, which ensures that the drop-down content remains accessible on smaller screens or window sizes.

• This scroll bar behavior is expected and designed to ensure accessibility for smaller screens or reduced window sizes.
• The scroll bar will appear only when the complete page the end user is on is not rendered in the page. It depends on the screen size or the resolution end users are using. Different module pages will have different requirements. 
• It is important to inform your users that the scroll bar will appear when the screen size or window ratio limits the rendering of the full drop-down content.
• Recommendation: using larger screens or adjusting the window size to avoid the scroll bar if necessary.
