3626727 - External Users are presented with a "Session Logout" error when they attempt to access an Item Details page in the Enhanced Search.

Symptom

External users are getting a logout page when they attempt to access the course's details page.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Learning user (ILX)
  2. For a Library Search > Click on Browse Library
  3. Now click on any course title to open its details page.
  4. Get the error.

Resolution

This is an issue and Engineering needs to push an index refresh. Please create a ticket to Learning Support team and share this KBA.
