Symptom
- Unable to navigate further post providing tenant id along with environment in SAP Incentive Management app for legacy Hana and K8 environment
- Application gets stuck on the initial screen after entering the correct Organization ID (NNNN) and environment ("prd").
- Issue reproduced on multiple Android devices.
