3626813 - CMS is crashing intermittently, after restart of servers

Symptom

  • Following error is observed in CMC:

    Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS '<Hostname>:6400'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues, please refer to SAP Knowledge Base Article 2151044 on the SAP Support Portal. (FWM 20030) 

  • Central Management Server (CMS) becomes completely unresponsive or crashes.

  • Issue is re-observed even after restarting Servers.

  • The problem does not occur when the SAP Authentication Plugin is turned off.
  • On Linux, the following system message appears: 

    hostname user:err|error boe_cmsd: Failed while trying to obtain the connection provider object for system SYSTEM400. Unknown entitlement system: SYSTEM400. Logon cannot proceed.
