3626835 - Term-based pricing on my service purchase order is inconsistent between SAP Business Network and SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing

I have a service purchase order referencing a contract with term-based pricing. When I submit a service sheet using a reference date in the past, SAP Business Network shows the correct price, but SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing applies the current rate instead of the rate for the reference date.
