3626858 - Unable to remove VLS credentials from instructor because it's in use

When trying to remove Webex credentials from an instructor, an error is happening:

"You cannot remove VLS account ID for the instructor's VLS account because it is used by scheduled VLS events."

However, all instructor's VLS classes already had their completion recorded and are also Closed.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration > People > Instructors >
2. Search for the required instructor and open the record in edit mode >
3. At the 'VLS Settings' tab > erase the credentials for the VLS server in question >
4. Click on 'Apply Changes' > the error happens.

Our Engineering team provided a fix for the reported scenario and it is tentatively planned to be delivered within the patch b2505p13, according to the schedule available at SAP SuccessFactors - Patch Details.
