• "Select primary language" dropdown is blank on compliance form.
• The issue occurs during the "Notice for Hourly Rate Employees" process.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Access to instance as onboardee.
2. Go to Your Onboarding Checklist tile.
3. Select the "Notice for Hourly Rate Employees" form.
4. Observe that the "select primary language" dropdown is blank.

• The issue is with Picklist configuration.
• The picklist Id is Language in the Picklist Centre, whereas the picklist Id for Compliance forms is language in Manage Data.

1. In the Picklist Centre, change the picklist Id from Language to language.
2. Test the change with a new onboardee to ensure the dropdown is populated correctly.
