3626967 - User can see other user's photo in continuous performance page despite no permission

In continuous performance page, user see other users' photo despite having no permission to it.

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

1. Proxy as a user who does not have permission to photo of other user, for example his/her manager user (related permission: employee data > photo).
2. Go to Continuous Performance page, notice that the user can see the photo of his/her manager.

Clear browser cache, then re-login and check again.
