3627038 - 'Unrecognised column/ processing of column failed' errors during Process Intelligence table data extraction

You receive one of the following errors during the extraction of a table in Process Intelligence:

ExtractionJob failed | source-system: SAP | cause: Unrecognised column [PPTCOD] in query for table [BKPF].....NULL as "pptcod"

Or

ExtractionJob failed | source-system: SAP | cause: Processing of column pptcod failed Column 'pptcod' was not found in the schema. Current table schema is ....., NULL as "pptcod"

These errors mean either of the following:

• The column in question was removed from the table configuration in Process Intelligence -> Source Data, but the table data was never deleted/cleaned.
• The column in question never existed in the SAP source system, but an extraction in Process Intelligence was attempted with the column defined in the table configuration in the Source Data.

In either situation, please delete the data that has been extracted into Process Intelligence and carry out a fresh initial extraction. Please do not retry the failed extractions.
