3627102 - Error "business partner is currently being processed by the <user>" when changing account group in BP transaction - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • When attempting to change the Account group for the vendor from BP transaction, an error message "Business Partner is currently being processed by the <user> " is displayed.
  • This error does not occur when accessing BP through XK03 transaction or directly executing the BP.
  • The error occurs when executing XK02 transaction and then selecting display in BP transaction.
