Symptom
- OnInit rule is configured to hide email information during hire process.
- in Manage Pending Hires, for users from Onboarding 1.0, hidden Email Information is visible in the following way:
- For users from Onboarding 2.0, the whole Email Information section is gone.

Reproducing the Issue
- The configured rule is setting the email fields' visibility to none.
- Go to Manage Pending Hires.
- Locate a user in the Onboarding 1.0 dropdown
- Go to Personal Information
- Email Information section is visible with the following note: "There are no visible columns in the table right now. Please select the columns you need in the table settings."
- Locate a user in the Onboarding (2.0) dropdown
- Go to Personal Information
- Email Information section is totally missing
Cause
Expected behaviour.
Resolution
- For Onboarding 1.0 users even though add button is visible, clicking on add button does not provide any value.
- Difference is only in the visuality of the UI.
