3627163 - RWS 00070 error when scheduling any document when upgrading to BI 2025 with Lumira 2.4 installed

Symptom

  • After upgrading to BI 2025 with Lumira 2.4 installed, the following error appears when scheduling any document:
    RWS 00070
  • In the BILP web application glf logs, the following error may be seen:
    Plugin Resolver - unexpected processor preparing error
    java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "javax.xml.bind.annotation.XmlRootElement.name()" because "processorModel" is null
     at com.sap.bip.rs.plugins.impl.RSCAFSubProcessorSet.hasSameModel(RSCAFSubProcessorSet.java:76)
     at com.sap.bip.rs.plugins.impl.RSCAFSubProcessorSet.addCommitProcessor(RSCAFSubProcessorSet.java:83)     

  • This KBA is limited to an error that occurs ONLY when Lumira 2.4 is installed
