3627192 - Recruiting Operators are able to move candidates in the Workbench when the Job Requisition is in Hold Status - Recruiting Management

Symptom

When the job Requisition status is set to 'Hold', recruiting operators are able to move candidates to different statuses within the workbench.

Environment

SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Select a Job Req that is in the 'Hold' status
  2. Open the candidate Workbench
  3. Select a candidate and try changing the status
  4. It is successful

Resolution

This is an Expected Behaviour. Job Requisition being in the 'Hold' status does not restrict the movement of existing candidates to different status within the workbench.
