3627215 - 22K / 4R2 scope items: no status update sent to Fieldglass if document creation fails at S/4hana side

Symptom

Receiver Interface Name PurchaseOrderRequest_In fails to create a Purchase Order sent from Fieldglass within 22K or 4R2 scope item scenario, but no information sent back to Fieldglass that doc. creation failed, customer got this problem for other kind of docs too, like Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Service entry sheet and Invoice - so services like:

PurchaseRequisitionStatusNotification_Out
PurchaseOrderStatusNotification_Out
ServiceEntrySheetStsNotif_Out
InvoiceStatusUpdateNotification_Out

are not triggered in such cases.
