Update existing HSA Benefit or create HSA benefit which has period running beyond 1 calendar year.
Eg: Enrollment Effective From = 01/01/2025, Enrollment Effective Until = 12/31/9999

Validation message thrown due to HSA Plans/Contributions being annual. However funds can carry over.

Expected behavior and suggestion is to use annual (calendar) validity periods with carry over functionality in the Benefit Schedule.
