3627310 - How can I ensure that an owner change updates correctly in the worker's cost allocation after editing a work order?

• I want the system to automatically update the worker’s supervisor when I change the owner on the work order using the edit work order details action. 
• Editing the work order owner using the edit work order details action fails to update the supervisor on the worker's cost allocation tab.
