3627333 - Not able to delete event configuration in Intelligent Event Processing - Cloud ALM

• Unable to delete Intelligent Event Processing configuration
• Created and applied multiple configurations inside the Cloud ALM Operations use case, e.g. Integration & Exception Monitoring, application to trigger alert when ABAP runtimes are been detected in the system
• Realized that several notifications have been sent at the same time and therefore want to remove some events
• When trying to remove the event in Intelligent Event Processing > Event Processing Rules, the system does not allow deletion of the previous configuration and instead offers information pop-up:
  Cannot delete these rules. They are created from monitoring applications
