3627377 - Monitoring Tool for Identity Authentication is not displaying the IPS Tenant URL

• The Identity Provisioning Service Tenant URL (IPS) is not being displayed in Monitoring Tool for Identity Authentication and Identity Provisioning Migration.
• The IPS is visible in IAS administration screen.
• The migration status is completed and you can proceed with configuration.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite

1. Navigate to the Monitoring Tool for Identity Authentication and Identity Provisioning Migration in the SuccessFactors Stage instance.
2. Observe that the Identity Provisioning Service Tenant URL is missing even after the completion.

The IPS Tenant URL information status did not load correct during its creation, not being displayed in monitor tool.

The monitoring tool is designed to display and share migration details. The absence of the IPS tenant URL will not affect the continuity of integration.

An internal script will be required to adjust and display the information.
