The connectivity method is set to App-Only, this means that the connection is established using admin-level credentials, and individual users are not required to provide their personal credentials on the user settings page.

Add-ins must be installed by the user directly, not by the admin. The end user should go to their groupware settings page and click “Install Add-in”.
