3627404 - Add Successor - Radio buttons are 'required' and error is not announced by screen reader

Radio buttons are 'required' and error is not announced by screen reader.

1. Login to the instance > Select Succession from module switcher
2. Select 'SSC SOC' tab
3. Succession Org Chart is opened
4. Select radio button 'People' and from dropdown select person
5. Click on the Successor and dialog box is opened
6. Under Named Successors, click on Add Successor
7. Under Internal Candidate select for person. Navigate through Talent information dialog of person.

This is a known issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2025 release (b2511).
