Users are receiving error "Only external users are allowed to login through site" when accessing external site

1. Access the provided external site link >
2. Use your user ID and password to access >
3. The error "Only external users are allowed to login through site" is displayed

Verify if the User profile has the Source System Learning and also has an External Shopping Account (2185339 - When trying to login via external site, the user gets 'Only external Users are allowed to login through this site')

If so, verify in the User Profile in IAS if the User Name field is populated.

Populate the User Name field in the IAS profile for affected external users, and verify the: Default Learning-only User data Read From Learning And Sent to Identity Authentication to confirm that the Learning fields are correctly mapped in IAS.
