3627473 - The tasks names will appear with the same language regardless of what system language/template language is using

If you are creating a report which contains the task names. One of them will be hungarian and one of them will be english. Both has the same attribute (the template base language is english, both has english and hungarian task name translation as well). 

It doesn't influence the names language if we were using the system with hungarian or english system language meaning, If they maintain system language as english, they still able to see task name in Hungarian in report and vice-versa.
