3627490 - Why are the Estimated Shipping Date and Estimated Delivery Date fields missing when create the Order Confirmation (OC) using the Confirm Entire Order option?

Symptom

The Estimated Shipping Date(Est. Shipping Date) and Estimated Delivery Date(Est.Delivery Date) fields are missing when I create the OC using the Confirm Entire Order option.
