How to change Onboarding 1.0 Inactive records Archival Period to specific months.

Note: Inactive records that are older than 24 months will be automatically archived to enhance system performance.

Cause

How to change the default period to specific months.

Resolution

  • Log in to the Onboarding super admin account.
  • Account options.

    Add key ArchivalPeriodInMonths and a specific value in months.
