3627828 - How to Show Partner Roles in the People Section of Master Data Management

Symptom

  • Crowd Technicians are not displayed in the Master Data Management module alongside standard technicians. Instead, they are only visible under Crowd Workforce > Partner Technicians.
  • As a result, the following apply:

    • It is not possible to adjust key fields such as Region, Position, Status (Active/Inactive), or any User-Defined Fields (UDFs).

    • These fields are not visible in the Partner Technician screen.

    • There is no option to configure or add these fields via the UI, as there is no access to the Screen Configuration for this view.
