3627889 - [Onboarding] Final Review for Concurrent Employment not functioning as expected

When the Final Review is triggered for a user, clicking the Start button from the Onboarding Dashboard redirects the user to the People Profile instead of the Final Review page. However, accessing the task via the To-Do list correctly navigates to the Final Review page. 

SAP SF Onboarding

1. Log in to the instance.
2. Proxy as the impacted user.
3. Navigate to the Onboarding Dashboard -> Filter by Hire Type: Concurrent Employment.
4. Select any candidate listed and open their profile.
5. Click on Start for the Final Review. it redirects to the People Profile instead of the Final Review page.
6. Go to the Home Page -> Scroll to Notifications (Data Review) -> Click on the Final Review task for the same candidate. This correctly redirects to the Final Review page.

Final Review is currently triggered for Concurrent Employment, but it redirects to Live Profile due to unclear support status, similar to Internal Hire where it is not supported.

As per the standard design, if you want to include Final Review step, then you can include in the process variant manager flow, otherwise the final review step will get skipped for the internal hires.
