3627952 - Output Email is Flagged as Spam by Recipient Due to Hidden Links

The sending e-mail has been marked as spam by recipient with a repot about hidden link.

First, confirm that the DKIM of sending domain is correctly maintained on sender's DNS.

If the DKIM is maintained, open a case to SAP. SAP support will open an internal ticket to operation team to add the sending domain into the dedicated IP list. Further, if IP whitelisting is enabled on the network, whitelist the IP addresses provided by SAP.
