Reproducing the Issue

  1. Upgrade Windows OS from 2016 to 2019 DC edition.
  2. Attempt to run AFO reports.

Apply changes suggested in SAP Note 1809210.  (Internal server error with HTTPS while navigating to https://servername:portno/dswsbobje/services page from a browser).
