Is it possible to make the field "Effective From" editable in the Latest Benefit Enrollment Experience?
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Cause
Confirmed with engineering team that currently the Latest Enrollment Experience UI is hard coded and it is not possible to edit it nor the fields configured in it.
Resolution
Refer to the Global Benefits implementation guide for the UIs that currently can be edited: guide
In case you would like to have this possibility in the system you can open an enhancement request following article 2090228.
