Symptom

Opening a story from Iframe keeps opening endless pop-up for approuter/v1/embedded-auth tenant URL and cannot process forward. 

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2025.8.13

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to 3rd party portal and open SAC stories via iframe API.
  2. See it keeps opening new pop-ups and the URL is:
    https://<Tenant>.sapanalytics.cloud/approuter/v1/embedded-auth

Cause

The issue is currently under investigation by the development group.
