When Latest Form Experience is enabled and the system language is set to any other than English, an English placeholder message is displayed in forms' goal sections, where no goals have been added yet.

The message reads: "When there are, you'll see them here."

No editable label or translation key is available in the UI or admin center to correct this manually.
