3628135 - Standard Picklist values like Location or Division not appearing in the Supervised and unsupervised Mentoring Program

When signing up for the mentoring program, location and division picklist value are not showing in the dropdown ,it is empty.

1. Go to mentoring >> select any mentoring program
2. Click on sign up as a mentor/mentee >> Preferences
3. You can observe for location and division dropdown values are not showing

Expected Behaviour

Invited mentors and mentees has not configured any location/division - N/A, which is the reason why you can't view any data. 

The source of location/division in Signup form for Mentoring is from the User Data File, If there is no data maintained for the fields in the User Data File , the drop down will not show values.

In order to show the data, the Invited mentors and mentees should have data maintained for these fields in the UDF.

The options that the user can see are only the data for these fields from the selected /added mentors/mentees for the particular mentoring program. In a Supervised Program you can choose the mentors and mentees, when people sign up, they can only choose information that is linked to these invited mentors/mentees. Otherwise there is no way to match later.
