3628210 - LMS: Adding custom field to Field chooser is not possible

Symptom

In the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Administration interface, it is not possible to add custom fields to Field chooser.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. navigating to SuccessFactors Learning Administration
  2. click on People > Users
  3. click Search
  4. click "Field chooser"
  5. it is not possible to add custom fields to the available fields

Cause

This is a limitation of the Learning Management system.

Resolution

This feature is currently not available in LMS Admin. The Administrators can only use the standard available fields.
