3628275 - No postings to tax accounts are permitted for posting status U

Symptom

Error "No postings to tax accounts are permitted for posting status U" is raised in App Upload General Journal Entries (App ID F2548) where technical field BSTAT (Posting in General Ledger Only) is used in template, for tax accounts.
