3628328 - Application Error when Previewing Cross-Domain Table Report

When previewing or generating a Cross Domain Table Report with any domain, such as "Goal Management" or "Performance Management" and adding "Person and Employment Information (as of Date)" as the second domain, an application error occurs when attempting to add any filters on the second domain. 

Error message: "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of error Id...) if the issue keeps occurring."
